Les prestations de sécurité et sûreté concernent les manifestations et évènements organisés par le Département, l'ensemble du patrimoine bâti et non bâti du Département ainsi que des sites particuliers (liste non exhaustive) La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
