El contrato tiene como finalidad sustituir el sistema Navision 4.0 actualmente en uso, que se encuentra obsoleto y sin soporte oficial, por una solución moderna, segura y plenamente integrada en el ecosistema Microsoft. El nuevo ERP cubrirá las áreas de contabilidad y análisis financiero, gestión de ventas y compras, gestión de inventario, y se integrará con soluciones externas como Edicom (EDI), Voxel (canal Horeca) y Document Capture, además de herramientas de la Power Platform.
