The works involve the demolition, extension, refurbishment, and deep energy retrofit of “The Brambles”, Ballykeeffe, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick. The project includes strip-out of existing finishes and services, new foundations and structure, external wall insulation and dry-lining, new triple-glazed windows and thermally broken aluminium doors, re-roofing and internal fire-rated partitions. The completed project must achieve SEAI energy upgrade standards (BER B2 or better, HLI ≤2.0) and full compliance with current Irish Building Regulations and Disability Access requirements
