La consultation a pour objet : ACHAT D'OUTILLAGES, DE FOURNITURES ET DE MATÉRIAUX DE CONSTRUCTION (ROUTIERS ET BÂTIMENTS) POUR LES SERVICES TECHNIQUES - Année 2025. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Les prestations sont réparties en neuf (09) désignés ci-après qui donneront chacun lieu à un marché distinct. Ces lots ainsi que leurs montants hors taxe, pour la période initiale du marché ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sont définis comme suit : - Lot n°1: Serrures et cadenas: Montants Minimum:1 000,00 / Maximum: 40 000,00 ; - Lot n°2: Bordures, caniveaux, dalles réductrices, éléments de regards, poutrelles, hourdis: Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum:100 000,00 ; - Lot n°3: Visserie et boulonnerie: Montants Minimum:1 000,00 / Maximum: 30 000,00 ; - Lot n°4: Revêtement de sol dur et mural: Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum: 80 000,00 ; - Lot n°5: Quincaillerie: Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum: 50 000,00 ; - Lot n°6: Petit outillage: Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum: 50 000,00 ; - Lot n°7: Outillage électroportatif (GAMME PROFESSIONNELLE): Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum: 80 000,00 ; - Lot n°8: Tôle: Montants Minimum: 1 000,00 / Maximum: 200 000,00 ; - Lot n°9: Fer: Montants Minimum:1 000,00 / Maximum: 200 000,00 .
