The Electoral Commission wishes to engage a suitably experienced and capable Supplier to provide trusted email and SMS campaign capabilities for the lead-up to 2026 General Election. The objective is to have a single Supplier for both services so that workflow and intelligence between the channels can be leveraged to reach the best possible audience. The Supplier will be contracted for one year with the intention of going to a future RFP for wider digital communications guided by a modernisation strategy. We will be holding an open supplier briefing session via Teams at 11am on 30 September 2025. Please email tenders@elections.govt.nz to register for this event.
