This vision brings us back to our core responsibilities and will require change at every level throughout the organisation. This will include the development of new systems for case and client management that support relational, inclusive and restorative practices that reflect tamariki and whānau needs. In February 2025 Oranga Tamariki commenced a procurement to identify a strategic technology platform that will provide the new frontline case management system capability across our operation. Our requirements We are seeking I&S Respondents with proven expertise in technology implementation and delivery, offering both technical and functional resources. Respondents should also demonstrate the capability to provide comprehensive ongoing support services following the deployment of the new platform. Procurement The I&S procurement is two-stage procurement, the first stage is a Registration of Interest (ROI), the next stage will be only for the shortlisted respondents. They will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The final decision on one preferred solution (platform and partner) will follow this procurement.
