Summary
Anskaffelse av et nytt kompetansestyringssystem skal bidra til å øke både effektiviteten og kvaliteten på arbeidet med strategisk kompetansestyring. Kompetansestyringssystemet skal tilby et LMS med standard funksjonalitet med enkelt forfatterverktøy, samt understøtte prosesser gjennom hele ansettelsesforholdet en ansatt. Systemet skal dekke funksjonalitet for pre-boarding, on-boarding, kursadministrasjon, kompetanseoppfølging, medarbeidersamtaler og analyse/rapportering.
