Re: Registration of Interest (ROI): Customer Experience (CX) Platform The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) invites suppliers to register their interest in providing a comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) platform. Background NZQA currently uses Qualtrics for customer surveys and data collection. We are seeking to replace and expand our current capabilities with a modern CX platform that supports privacy, automation, conditional logic, and overall customer and employee experience management.
