Avec ce marché, nous voulons offrir aux collaborateurs RH de nos organisations clientes et nos collaborateurs internes, la possibilité de suivre une formation et se faire certifier en entretien comportemental (suivant la méthode STAR(R) appelé STAR dans la suite du document). L’objectif est de rendre autonomes les différentes organisations clientes dans le cadre du recrutement, afin qu’elles puissent organiser leurs propres entretiens. Les collaborateurs RH de ces organisations ne peuvent présider les jurys uniquement que s’ils sont certifiés.
