This Contract requires the contractor to be prequalified to a minimum of Tier B of the - Pressure Systems Civil Works Category. This Contract is for the installation of new varying diameter water and sewer pressure mains ranging from 63mm OD to 180mm OD PE pipes along Priors and Merton Road, Rangiora. This work also includes the installation of air release valves, isolation valves and flushing points and hydrants. The main tasks involved in this Contract are: - Supply and installation of: o 1286 metres of 180mm OD PN12.5 PE100 watermain. o 93 metres of 125mm OD PN12.5 PE100 watermain. - Supply and installation of: o 1042 metres of 125mm OD PN16 PE100 pressure sewer main. o 311 metres of 90mm OD PN16 PE100 pressure sewer main. - Supply and installation of air valves - Supply and installation flushing points for new sewer main. - Supply and installation hydrants for new water main. - Supply and installation details as shown in the drawings. - Supply and installation of new isolation valves - Reinstatement of the existing berms and grassed shoulders - Reinstatement of sealed carriageways - Reinstatement of driveways - Carry out other associated works for the completion of the contract. - Provide As-built documentation Tender documents are available for download from vendorpanel.nz/waimakariri/tenders.
