Riving er planlagt utført januar-februar 2026 og nybygget oppføres i perioden vinter 2026 – sommer 2027.Midlertidige lokaler for skolen og barnehagen skal oppføres høsten 2025 med innflytting i desember. Det midlertidige byggetholdes i bruk til sommeren 2027 og skal deretter fjernes.
