Rakennuskohteena on väestönsuojan rakentaminen KILKE materiaalikeskuksen alueelle. Väestönsuoja rakennetaan tontin sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä sijaitsevan v. 2019-2020 rakennetunvaakarakennuksen ja sen toimintaa palvelevan varavoimarakennuksen läheisyyteen. Väestönsuojarakennuksessa on väestönsuojatilan lisäksi eteistila. Rakennuksen kantavarunkomateriaali on betoni. Rakennuksen kantavina pystyrakenteina toimivat paikallavaletutbetoniset seinät. Vaakarakenteina toimivat paikallavaletut betoniset laatat. Betonirakenteettoimivat myös rakennuksen jäykistävinä rakenteina.
