The Buyer is looking for providers who have solid credentials in delivering Project Management, ETC and MSQA services for energy projects in the Pacific and SIDS (Small Island Developing States). The Buyer is looking for a highly qualified team who can work collaboratively with the Buyer, and the Government of Vanuatu, as well as the electric utilities and key stakeholders, while building local capacity.
