Summary
The framework agreement shall cover Ringsaker municipality ́s need for winter operations on municipal roads, including snow clearing and gritting. The objective of the agreement is to ensure safe passage and good access during the winter months on municipal roads, including residential streets, foot and cycle paths, as well as some access roads to technical buildings. The service shall mainly be carried out in the period from 1 October to and including 30 April each year. The tenderer shall provide suitable vehicles and equipment adapted to the service and the relevant area, as well as sufficient and qualified personnel to carry out the assignment. All equipment and crew shall be available during the service period. The municipality is divided into 15 lots. One contract shall be signed per lot, and one tenderer can be awarded several routes.
