Oppdragsgiver planlegger å gjennomføre bygging av ny råvannstunnel fra Birkelandsvatnet, Bjerkreim kommune. Foruten råvannstunnel skal det bygget inntakstunnel, adkomsttunnel og anleggstunnel, samt en større fjellhall (maskinhall). Samlet lengde for alle fire tunnelene er ca. 4,5 km. For å sikre kvalitet, sikkerhet og fremdrift i prosjektet, skal det engasjeres en erfaren ingeniørgeolog med solid kompetanse og evne til rask responstid.
