This contract applies to Aerial Imagery purchased under contract on behalf of Gisborne District Council. BOPLASS Ltd wishes to acquire digital aerial imagery over selected areas of the region covered by its constituent councils. This data can be categorised as high resolution (0.05m GSD) urban aerial photography. Details of the evaluation will be confidential to the Principal and their evaluation will be based on the information supplied. The Principal’s decision shall be final. The Principal reserves the right to request clarification of information, if so required. The primary purpose of the digital aerial imagery is as a backdrop for GIS applications and as a guide for GIS spatial data capture. All orthophotography will be provided in New Zealand Transverse Mercator 2000 projection (NZTM2000). The datum is New Zealand Geodetic Datum 2000 (NZGD2000).
