El objeto del presente contrato es el suministro de combustible para calefacción (gasóleo tipo C), con destino a los Centros Residenciales “Santa Teresa” y “López Barneo” de la Diputación Provincial de Jaén, con domicilio en carretera de Torrequebradilla s/n, cuyas características se especifican en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas. La empresa que resulte adjudicataria del presente contrato tendrá la obligación de suministrar GASÓLEO DE CALEFACCIÓN TIPO C, que deberá cumplir la normativa nacional que traslade normativa europea, referente a las características del mismo.
