Missions d'ssistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour le suivi technique et financier de l'exploitation des installations thermiques collectives d'IDEHA - Marché à prix mixtes - décomposées comme suit : - Mission de suivi technique, administratif et financier relatif à l'exploitation d'installations collectives de chauffage - prestations à prix forfaitaires (DPGF), - Mission d'assistance à l'élaboration du marché d'exploitation, composée de 4 phases - prestations à prix forfaitaires (DPGF), - Prestations d'assistance au maître d'ouvrage dans le cadre des opérations de construction ou de réhabilitation- prestations à prix unitaire (BPU) Par dérogation à l'article 13.1.1 du CCAG, le marché est conclu pour une première période allant du 1er janvier 2026 au 31 décembre 2026. Le marché est ensuite renouvelable tacitement 4 fois pour des périodes d'une année. Il prendra définitivement fin le 31 décembre 2030.
