To operate the incinerator a permit from the Otago Regional Council (ORC) is required to discharge contaminants to air. The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is looking for a contractor to enter into a long-term contract of up to 5 years, subject to performance, to undertake emission stack testing, currently on an annual basis. We want to engage a Contractor who has extensive stack testing experience with the staff and resources to ensure reporting timeframes to the ORC are meet. We want to partner with a Contractor who can build good relationships with our 3 Waters staff and has a track record of delivering positive outcomes for their clients. We require the Contractor to stick to programme to ensure the October/November testing is completed on time every year.
