All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on July 15, 2025 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after July 15, 2025 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada requires the construction of a new wood helipad at the LL 818 Otter Islands Rear Range Helipad Construction in Tobermory, Ontario. Within the Invitation To Tender, Canada sets out the project requirements, (i.e., the particulars of the project itself and the broad scope of work required from the contractor.) There is no site visit for this requirement.
