Automatic blinds will be fitted for lockdown purposes. Block B was built in 1911 therefore an Asbestos Survey has been commissioned by an independent registered specialist. This survey determined Asbestos present in the base boards of the proposed work areas. The removal of such will be included in this RFQ and scope of work.
