The existing interior finishing materials have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new finishes, including the introduction of usable and upgraded spaces. This project will require site visits for tendering only and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials. Design documentation and scope of works will be provided. All documentation will be prepared by a representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards. All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation. Nature of Works consists of : Interior refurbishing the specialist technology spaces in the Technology Block. - Remove and dispose of any specified old wall and floor coverings. - Removal and disposal of specified existing vinyl. - Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required. - Replace with new carpet and vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required) - Supply and install new specified doors.
