The outcome sought is to prolong the usable life of these buildings by dealing with deterioration issues on the building envelope, specifically the window joinery to improve the functionality and quality of the internal environment. The works will begin in December 2025 and progress through the 2025/26 summer school holidays. The College must be able to take possession of the classrooms at the beginning of term 1 2026. Please note that the project has been allocated $500,000.00 to complete the contract works including design and consent fees. It is expected that this allocation will not cover the full project scope. The College has indicated that work on B Block will be prioritised over C Block.
