The Contractor may also be required to respond to service requests and carry out additional cleaning as directed by the Engineer. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all town centres, urban roads, cycleways, and footpaths are cleaned to a safe, functional, and compliant standard—supporting network amenity, public safety, and asset management outcomes.
